Basically, this homepage is available to all interested persons and visitors. To our knowledge, there is no restriction as regards the access of specific groups to our websites or media services.

According to the German Teleservices Data Protection Act (Teledienstedatenschutzgesetz, TDDSG) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG) you have at all times the right to obtain, free of charge, information about your data transmitted via E-mail and/or otherwise stored, and to arrange for your data to be altered or deleted. PETER electronic GmbH & Co. KG, as the content provider in accordance with § 6 par. 1 of the German State Treaty on Media Services (Mediendienste Staatsvertrag, MDStV), is, according to generally applicable laws, responsible for its “own content” which it provides for use. Distinction must be made between this company-owned content and "links" to content made available by other providers. In this respect, by placing a link, PETER electronic GmbH & Co. KG possibly makes "third-party content" available for use, which is then accordingly marked.
