In several cases we shall require your name and address as well as further information in order to be able to offer you the requested service.

The same shall apply for the event that we supply you, upon request, with information material or if we answer your enquiries. In these cases we will always point it out to you. In addition we will only store the data, which you have transmitted to us automatically or voluntarily.

If you use one of our services, as a rule we only collect the data which are necessary in order to be able to offer you our service. Automatically stored non-personal data

If you visit our websites we shall store certain information for administrative and technical reasons. This is: Type and version of the used browser, date and time of the access, as well as the IP address.

These data are anonymised and merely used for statistical purposes or to improve our internet and online services.
These anonymised data are – separately from personal data – stored on secure systems and cannot be allocated to any individual persons. This means that your personal data shall remain protected at all times.

Customer account

We shall set up a password-protected direct access to their portfolio data stored with our company for each customer, who accordingly registers (customer account). Here you can view data regarding your concluded, outstanding and recently sent orders and manage your address data, bank details and the newsletter. You are committed to treat the personal access data confidentially and not to make these accessible to any unauthorised third party. We cannot assume any liability for improperly used passwords, unless we were responsible for the misuse.

With the function "remain logged in" we would like to design the visit to our website as pleasant as possible for you. This function enables you to use our services, without having to log-in once again each time. For security reasons you will, however, be requested to enter your password again if for example your personal data are to be changed or you would like to place an order. We enable you not to use this function if the computer is used by several users. We would like to point out that the function "remain logged in" is not available if you use a setting, which automatically deletes stored cookies after each session.

Use of Google-Analytics with anonymization function

On our site we use Google-Analytics, a web analysis service of the company Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter "Google". Google-Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files, which are stored on your computer and hereby enable an analysis of the use of the website by you.
The information generated by these cookies, for example time, place and frequency of your website visit including your IP address, are transmitted to Google in the USA and stored there.
On our website we use Google-Analytics with the supplement "_gat._anonymizeIp". Your IP address is, in this case, abbreviated by Google already within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Treaty on the European Economic Area and hereby anonymised.
Google will use this information to evaluate your use of our site in order to compile reports on the website activities for us and to provide further services associated with the website use and the internet use. Google will also if applicable transmit this information to third parties, if this is stipulated by law or insofar as third parties process these data by order of Google.
Google will, according to its own details, in no way connect your IP address with other data of Google. You can prevent the installation of the cookies by a corresponding setting of your browser-software; however we would like to point out that in this case you may, if applicable, not be able to use all functions of our website in full.

Google further offers a deactivation add-on for the most common browsers, which gives you more control over which data are entered by Google relating to the websites called by you. The add-on informs the JavaScript (ga.js) of Google Analytics that no information relating to the website visit should be transmitted to Google Analytics. The deactivation add-on for browsers of Google Analytics however does not prevent that information is transmitted to us or to other web analysis services that are if applicable used by us. You can find further information relating to the installation of the browser add-on via the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

If you visit our site via a mobile terminal device (smartphone or tablet) you must instead click this link in order to prevent the tracking by Google Analytics within this website in future. This is also possible as an alternative to the above browser add-on. By clicking the link an Opt-Out cookie is set in your browser that is only valid for this browser and this domain. If you delete the cookies in this browser the Opt-Out cookie will also be deleted so that you must click the link once again.

Google Tag Manager

This website uses Google Tag Manager. The Tag Manager does not enter any data. The tool ensures the activation of other tags, which on their part under certain circumstances enter data. Google Tag Manager will not access these data. If a deactivation has been carried out on domain or cookie level this will continue to exist for all Tracking-Tags, which are implemented with Google Tag Manager. You can find the privacy notices of Google for this tool here: https://www.google.com/tagmanager/use-policy.html

Google Recaptcha

For the purpose of protection against misuse of our web forms as well as against spam by automated software (so-called bots), Google reCAPTCHA collects data (IP address, time of visit, browser information as well as information about your use of our website) and performs an analysis of your use of our website by means of a so-called JavaScript as well as cookies. Furthermore, other cookies stored by Google services in your browser are evaluated. A readout or storage of personal data from the input fields of the respective form is not executed.

Use of YouTube in the extended data protection mode

We use the provider YouTube in order to integrate videos. The videos were embedded hereby in the extended data protection mode. As the majority of websites YouTube however also uses cookies in order to collect information about the visitors to its website. YouTube uses these among others for the recording of video statistics, in order to avoid fraud and to improve the user-friendliness. This also leads to a commencement of a connection with the Google DoubleClick Network. If you start the video, this could trigger off further data processing processes. We have no influence on this. You can find further information about data protection at YouTube in their privacy notice under: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en&gl=en

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your IP address and the date of subscription. This storage serves exclusively as proof in the event that a third party misuses your e-mail address to register you for the newsletter without your knowledge or authorization. If you do not wish to receive any more newsletters from us on a later date, you can object to this at any time without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates.
